“The most impressive thing about Lifestyle Landscapes was their responsiveness after the job was completed.â€
Maureen was renovating the landscape of her charming turn of the century home in phases. She had worked with Lifestyle Landscapes President, Arlene Wing, while Arlene was working for another landscaping company. When Maureen was ready to take on the other phases of her project she learned that Arlene had left the company to lead Lifestyle Landscapes. She contacted Arlene and began her front yard renovation with Lifestyle Landscapes.
Maureen was quickly as impressed with Lifestyle Landscapes as she had been with Arlene. The project proceeded as promised: on time and on budget. Maureen appreciated that the duration of the installation was short and hassle-free as her front yard is visible from the road. What stood out to her as the most impressive thing in her experience with Lifestyle Landscapes was their follow-up to concerns after the project was completed. Maureen noticed that one of her plants was not doing well several weeks after installation. She called Lifestyle and the plant was replaced the next day.
A Design Challenge Solved
Maureen wanted to add interest to a portion of her front yard that bordered the street but knew that the town planned to eventually widen the road and take possession of that section of her yard. The Lifestyle Landscapes Design Team addressed the challenge by creating a wildflower meadow. The wildflowers are striking, low-maintenance and required a minimal investment. They also coordinated well with the other color throughout her garden, her new seating areas, walkways and plantings.
Before & After
A new elevated seating area, retaining wall, walkways and plantings were installed to transform the front yard into a pleasant place to relax. A split-rail fence helped to delineate the garden from the wildflower meadow and street.
